New Disaster: Day of Crisis Footage on Japan’s Nintendo Channel

Disaster: Day of Crisis will strike Japan in a mater of days and Nintendo is really starting to put the word out that it’s coming. Now they’ve released two new videos on Japan’s Nintendo Channel which have finally begun to shed some light on the game’s plot.

You take on the role of Ray, an officer of some sort, who has been burdened with retrieving a stolen nuclear device before terrorists detonate it on US soil. STORM, once a special forces unit in the military, are the perpetratiors of this heanous act and have kidnapped a woman named Lisa to make matters worse. It is up to Ray to stop the terrorists from winning and get the girl back home safely.

I think I’m beginning to wrap my head around all of this. Juding by his tattoos, Ray was once a member of STORM and Lisa is related to him in one way or another. I’m not sure if or when STORM detonates the nuke or if all the events are due to a natural disaster. Either way, this is bound to be on suspense filled game.
